When the install is complete it contains both ACW Confederate and Union 3.6 campaigns with NO starting armies. You will need to have a valid clean install of Empire Total War. It includes all version in one installer. This is the standalone installer for ACW 3.6.2. Multiple saves can help you continue the campaign. Campaign works fine too, until the point when it can randomly crash. If you get battle crashes lower your graphics a bit and disable Steam Overlay.Ĥ. Single battles and siege battles work fine.ģ. manually copy bg_maps.pack and bg_maw.pack to Steam\steamapps\common\Empire Total War\dataġ. Go to Steam\steamapps\common\Empire Total War\ACW\SubMods\ZoR folderĢ. Installation of new ACW maps and the Mexican-American War units for quick battles:ġ. Select US or CS (if you launch US, you can't play CS campaign and the other way around). Go to "Submods", unclick and reclick "Zone of Recruitment"Ĥ. Game will crash during launch if it's not.ģ.
